Every watch purchase includes complimentary, fully insured shipping via UPS Express Next Day Air, with adult signature required upon delivery.

Orders ship the same business day payment is received, for next-day AM delivery. We ship Monday through Thursday only — orders placed Friday through Sunday ship the following Monday.

All shipments are insured for their full value.

Returns

All watch sales are final. Due to the high value and one-of-a-kind nature of each timepiece, we do not accept returns or exchanges on watches for any reason other than the exceptions below.

If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within seventy-two hours of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

All watches are inspected and photographed prior to shipment to confirm condition at the time of sale.
